Cocktail Platinum Wedding Package for the Sterling Ballroom

Brand new menu as of January 2015! For brides and grooms who live to mix and mingle… the Cocktail package has all the “wow” factor of the traditional Platinum package at the Sterling Ballroom, but with cocktail hour fare for the duration of dinner in place of sit-down dinner. Includes 5-hour premium bar, cocktail hour displays, followed by hors d’oeuvres and four specialty fare stations for the reception, with a finalé of passed dessert hors d’oeuvres, dessert pedestals, and wedding cake from a preferred bakery local to our Tinton Falls, New Jersey wedding venue.
