The service we received from the Sterling Ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel in Eatontown was amazing. ALINA did so much for us; it was like having a private WEDDING PLANNER. She took the stress out of planning a wedding. We looked at many places, but this one was the best. The packages they offer surpass the 10 other places we looked at. The prices were very reasonable. The place was gorgeous. We also had our ceremony there. Our package included our centerpieces, cake from the Chocolate Carousel, the bridal suite at the hotel, and personalized service. We also had guests who needed gluten and vegan free food. The chef and Alina made all that possible. The guests RAVED about the quality of the food at the cocktail hour and reception, along with the quantity. Everyone had a great time. I would HIGHLY recommend this vendor.

Bar Mitzvah Date: January 22, 2011
I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to all your staff and in particular Alina, Heidi, and Nemo for the magnificent job they did at my son Kevin’s Bar Mitzvah. Their personal attention to detail made the day spectacular. The compliments I have received from my guests raving about the DoubleTree are numerous. The food was delicious and not one guest to my knowledge had any complaints. All of my relatives and friends had such a good time, which again is kudos to your staff. I absolutely would use the DoubleTree for future functions and would highly recommend it to anybody planning any type of affair. The day was truly amazing to which I owe you the highest of compliments.

Wedding Date: November 16, 2010
We were a little concerned with having an afternoon wedding. We were afraid it wouldn’t feel like a “real” wedding, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. Once inside the ballroom it did not feel like the daytime. The lighting made it feel like an evening wedding. 
We had an on-site ceremony, which led right into the cocktail hour and reception. Many of my guests said it was the easiest wedding they have ever been to. With the guidance of the catering team, the day ran without a glitch.
Older guests were so happy that it wasn’t a late night and could drive home without being too tired. Our out of town guests were happy because all they had to do was go onto the elevator to get back to the room. In addition we were able to keep the party going. It enabled us to spend much more time with anyone who decided to stay after the wedding.  Most weddings only last about 5 hours… but ours continued on for many more.
Our afternoon wedding turned out to be much more than we expected.  We can’t imagine how it could have been better.

Alina, I want to thank you for all you did for me during the planning of Sophia’s birthday party. Thank you for your attention to my emails, thank you for your ideas, thank you for helping me choose the menu, thank you for helping me make the floor plan. If I were to say everything you did for me during these months I would need another card!

Everything was perfect, all my guests loved the food, and the waiters were wonderful. I do not have words to express the attention given to my guests. I cannot stop talking about Nemo; he was perfect and is a lovely person. He and the entire wait staff are to be congratulated. For the first time in my life, I do not have anything to complain about! Thanks for making our dream come true.

Thank you all so much for a dream wedding. Sam and I couldn’t have asked for a better catering staff and facility to host our wedding. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, you were able to accommodate to our wishes (even at the last minute).

Alina: Thank you so much for helping us through the planning process. You were very prompt and informative. Every time I asked you a question you always had an answer to it. Although you couldn’t see us on our wedding day, I’ve enclosed some of our wedding pictures.

Nemo: Thank you for your assistance in the rehearsal and the wedding itself. You helped alleviate a lot of the stress related to the setup and clean up of the personal items we had.

Heidi: The food, facility, and catering staff were absolutely terrific. If I had to change one item I would have added an hour or so, because we had so much fun we didn’t want to leave.

Thank you so much for all you did to help make our wedding the wedding of our dreams. By the way, the food was really fantastic. Thank you all for a great wedding.

We just got married here on 7/31/10, and we could not have been happier with the way the wedding turned out. Not only did we get a great price for having our wedding here, the place is beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was professional and friendly. Our catering director was easy to work with. We must have emailed her with a million questions during the planning, and she always got back to us immediately. We have absolutely no complaints about the venue and would recommend to anyone! Everyone there told us that the cocktail hour food and main meal were all amazing!

We just had our wedding at the Sterling Ballroom in Tinton Falls and have to say that it was absolutely amazing!! Our catering director was amazing to work with. She was both personal and professional and took care of everything we requested and went above and beyond to make sure that our night was perfect! We were first attracted to this venue because it was more affordable than a lot of venues in the area and we had a large wedding size (225 +), but this venue completely stands on its own...and was an amazing value for the quality of service and food!

All of our guests said the cocktail hour was "one of the best" they had ever had and the dinner was not far behind! There were optional "add ons" which really enhanced the evening, like a raw bar, sundae bar, intermezzo and so on! The venue was exceptionally clean and is brand new and shows so well. Very large dance floor and décor is lovely. The front entrance was decorated beautifully and bathrooms were squeaky all clean as well. They provided the front salon room for the photobooth we had and they set up the room more beautifully than I could ever have imagined.
All and all, it is an excellent venue - great food, great service, great value. All of our guests were impressed and we were happy. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
